Hi! My name is Lauren and I am so excited to start blogging and sharing about my life and experiences. I have been inspired by so many of the blogs that I have followed over the past few years and can't wait to share my ideas, thoughts, and classroom activities with you! I am a third year teacher working as an ESL assistant in a suburb of Cleveland. I love teaching, creating activities for my students, and learning from my colleagues and other bloggers.
I'll leave you with two pictures of me and my teaching mentor, my Aunt Patty! The first is from one of many "Take Your Daughter To Work Days" that I spent with my Aunt in her second grade classroom. The second picture is of my last day of student teaching. I student taught in the SAME SCHOOL and the SAME ROOM that my Aunt taught in! (While it's not the best picture of me, it was a CRAZY hot and an emotional last day for me, it is a picture I will always treasure!)
